MORES is a team-based service and will respond within 45 minutes to 1 hour of a call from the family for support when their child is experiencing an emotional or behavioral crisis. The immediate response is designed to better address the needs children and families in their homes, schools, and communities.

Who do we Serve:

• Youth ages 3-20
• The family/caregivers of the identified youth

What Does MORES Look Like:

• Immediate in person and telephonic crisis response and de-escalation to wherever the youth may be (home, school, community, etc).
• Services that are family-centered and community-based that build on the families strengths and resilience
• Up to 8 weeks of ongoing stabilization services, including ongoing in person visits
• Services that are focused on keeping the youth safely at home
• Referrals to services, supports and resources to support the youth and their family

Who is on the MORES Team:

• The MORES team which includes Clinicians, Qualified Mental Health Professionals, and Family Support Partners.
• The Family Support Professional is someone with lived experience as a primary caregiver for a child who has/had mental health, substance use disorders, or intellectual/developmental disability. They have experience in navigating the child and family-serving systems and teaching family members who are involved with the child and family serving systems
